If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email or call 214-609-5700 for an RMA# to return your item. Be sure to write your RMA# on the outside of your package. Items must be sent back “Within 14 days of delivery”. All care care products, headwear and clearance sale items are final sales*
- Items must be in the same new condition as you received them. (unaltered, containing no signs of wear, styling product or odor)
- Have all tags on them and are in the original packaging.
- Item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items that have been worn, have odor, styled been altered.
- Items that have been damaged or cut tags and not in the original status.
- Custom orders, Clearance items or Final Sales.
- Please note -we can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost. We are not held responsible for any lost returns.
You can choose your refund from one of the following refund payment options:
1.) Store Credit – No restocking fee is deducted if you choose to be given a store credit with Wigs by Dana. Making your next purchase much easier.
**Returned Item, must be already received back before store credit can be given.**
2.) Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to order. A $10.00 restocking fee is deducted from all monetary refunds. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
